Brian Krantz is the leading independent Medicare agent in the state of New York . As founder of Plan Medicare, Brian has created a company that specializes in all things Medicare for new and existing clients in the tri-state area. Brian is licensed with over 15 insurance carriers and consistently provides his clients with the best options to suit his or her particular needs. In 2013 Brian created Long Island’s first physical Medicare location, when he opened The Medicare Pop Up Shop in The Walt Whitman Mall.
Brian currently holds licenses in the states of: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, California, Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. He is part of a select group of agents that have been authorized to offer AARP Medicare Plans from UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company. He has consistently ranked in the top 10 of Medicare Supplement agents across the country.
Brian works with each client on an individual and unique basis. He analyzes every clients situation, from both a financial, practical and health standpoint. He compares dozens of plans available to each individual, making sure that their doctors are in network and all prescription medications are accounted for. He takes time to educate his clients, so they understand exactly what they are enrolling in, and how their coverage will work. Once enrolled, he checks in with clients on a regular basis, making sure they are constantly enrolled in the best plan, every year.

The program will recognize agents who have met and continue to meet SilverScript Good Standing requirements, exceed SilverScript agent engagement standards, and continue to serve SilverScript members’ best interests.
