Jia joined Plan Medicare in 2020 and has been an integral part of the team since the day she joined. She is responsible for making sure current and prospective clients have a seamless transition into Medicare.

Jia is bilingual, speaking both Mandarin and English. Jia prides herself in providing Plan Medicare’s clients with a very positive experience. Outside of work Jia loves baking and cooking.

Jia currently holds licenses in the states of: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Jia works with each client on an individual and unique basis. She analyzes every client’s situation, from both a financial, practical and health standpoint. She compares dozens of plans available to each individual, making sure that their doctors are in network and all prescription medications are accounted for. She takes time to educate her clients, so they understand exactly what they are enrolling in, and how their coverage will work. Once enrolled, she checks in with clients on a regular basis, making sure they are constantly enrolled in the best plan, every year.
